Healthy Lifestyle Coach Alicia Victora will take you through a series of healthy lifestyle practices to help live in sync with the seasons. In each class participants will explore a creative mind practice for the season, recipes and samples for seasonal eating for a healthy body, and energy bites that go along with the season, then close the workshop with meditative practices. Pre-registration is required by November 16.
In this session, MIND- self-care therapies and gifts, BODY- soups for the soul and a seasonal energy bite, SPIRIT- meditation for the season.

Participants should dress accordingly for all outdoor programs. No rain or snow dates are planned. It is recommended that registrants arrive 15 minutes before the start of the program, doors or gates may be locked 15 minutes after the start of the class. Upon arrival at the garden, participants should check-in at the admissions desk. Program registration includes admission to the garden for the entire day of the program. Children, or guests not properly registered or not participating in the program will need to pay garden admission (for programs held during normal operating hours). All supplies are included for each program, unless otherwise noted.
Refunds and cancellations:
If a registration for a program must be canceled, registration fees will be refunded if notice is received at least one week before the program date. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations within one week of the start of the program or for participants that are late or do not show for a program. Please note that programs with insufficient registrations may be cancelled. If Lauritzen Gardens cancels a program, phone or email notification will be made as early as possible and full refunds will be gives. In case of severe weather, please call (402) 346-4002, ext. 201 or, on the weekends, (402) 346-4002, ext 250 to check the status of the program.
