Learn about the historic use of plants to support health and wellness and explore basic methods of creating herbal tinctures for personal home use. Participants will also take home guides and resources for creating herbal elixirs and tinctures at home. During this class, participants will learn how Sumac Berry and Cinnamon Bark have been used historically and in modern times to support one's personal health and vitality. Instructed by Lauren A. Domenge, certified herbalist and practitioner of Ayurvedic medicine
