Shinrin-yoku is a term that means "taking in the forest atmosphere" or "forest bathing." It was developed in Japan during the 1980s and has become a cornerstone of preventive health care and healing in Japanese medicine. Immerse yourself in nature on this 2.5 hour session with Julie McKeone and deepen your relationship with the natural world while boosting immune strength, reducing stress, and improving cognitive functioning. Cost for this session is $15 and $20 for non-members. Pre-registration is required.
