Shinrin-yoku is a term that means "taking in the forest atmosphere" or "forest bathing." It was developed in Japan during the 1980s and has become a cornerstone of preventive health care and healing in Japanese medicine. Immerse yourself in nature on this 3 hour session with Julie McKeone and deepen your relationship with the natural world while boosting immune strength, reducing stress, and improving cognitive functioning. Cost for this session is $15 and $20 for non-members. Pre-registration is required.
